Leading a team of people is still a work in progress for me. For most of my time, managing a team is a fulfilling experience for me. But there are times when it’s frustrating. Communication is a skill that, unfortunately, not everyone understands. That said, it is ALWAYS 100% on the leader’s shoulders when something goes wrong. That’s just part of the game. Jumping in head first can be scary. Fear of failure is an honest feeling to have. Human nature. But you need to learn how to fight through that fear and tackle the challenge in front of you. If you don’t try, you will never improve. It’s ok to suck before being great. But you need to start somewhere.
