#28. How to grow your business through networking in a local community
My business has been a “virtual” business since 2018. I grew my business through online platforms such as Upwork.com. But in 2021, I decided to go local. My first move was to start a community podcast. I wanted to help the community but also use this podcast as a marketing arm for Shelby Row Productions. It did everything that I hoped it would. I have made more connections in my local city in 6 months than ever in the virtual world. In this episode, I talk about what the last year has been like for me as I’ve met so many great people through networking and how it’s beginning to yield clients and, ultimately, revenue.
