Entrepreneurs tend to work themselves to the bone. I’m no exception. Taking “time off” can be miserable and, more often than not, add more stress to your life. It’s easy for me to fall into depression if I’m not careful and fail to use healthy coping skills. A Mental Health Day is a day off, but you do something HEALTHY! Step away from work but do something that truly relaxes and refreshes you. In this episode, I talk about my recent Mental Health Day at the Memphis Zoo.
